It has been well reported that skin cancer is on the increase; as such He-Shi is constantly trying to educate the nation that self tanning really is a viable option when it comes to achieving that golden tan.

Matthew Patey, Chief Executive from the British Skin Foundation points out that: "There are a number of ways you can achieve a tan without having to put yourself at risk from sun damage and self tanning is one such method. Every penny raised for the BSF Skin Cancer Appeal will go directly back into research to finding treatments and hopefully, cures for skin cancer."

To coincide with the BSF – Skin Cancer Appeal He-Shi pledged £1 for every bottle of He-Shi sold during the first two weeks of May. During this period He-Shi raised £6,208 and would like to take this opportunity to thank all of those who donated and contributed.
